The whole year
-
The fourth-quarter estimated payment is due on the 15th. We close your books for the year and get 1099s out by the 31st.
-
Your documents come in through the portal as they arrive, and we start the return early. Nothing waits for a shoebox in April.
-
S corporation and partnership returns are due on the 15th. Business and personal returns are prepared together, so nothing falls between them.
-
Individual returns and the first-quarter estimate are due on the 15th. For most people this is the only month their accountant exists. For us it is one of twelve.
-
The second-quarter estimate is due on the 15th, projected from this year’s real numbers rather than last year’s return.
-
The third-quarter estimate and extended business returns are due on the 15th; extended individual returns follow on October 15. The mid-year projection says what the year is on course for.
-
Year-end moves while they still count: timing income and deductions, retirement contributions, the entity question for next year. Books reconciled, plan set.
What we do
Tax planning
A plan for the year, revised as the year happens: entity, estimates, retirement and timing.
Tax preparation
Individual, business and multi-state returns, coordinated, reviewed against last year, signed in the portal.
Bookkeeping
Clean books every month, reconciled and readable, so the plan runs on real numbers.

Your custom roadmap
When you onboard, your situation becomes a written plan for the year: what we will do, when we will do it, and why. You keep it, and we revise it every quarter as your numbers change.
Fully remote, with clients in any state.
Prior-year review
Last year’s return read line by line, with anything missed flagged and, where it is worth it, amended.
Entity map
How each business, rental and paycheck reaches your return, and whether that structure still fits.
Strategy plan
The moves for the year, such as an S corporation election, retirement contributions and deduction timing, each with its reasoning.
Quarterly projections
Your year projected from real numbers every quarter, so each estimated payment is calculated, never guessed.
Deadline schedule
Every filing and payment date that applies to you, and what we need from you before each one.
Portal and books set up
Your secure portal, connected accounts and monthly bookkeeping in place, so the plan runs on current numbers.
First, tell us
about yourself
Thanks, Dana. We have read through what you sent. Two things we would like to talk about: whether an S corporation election makes sense for the business, and how your quarterly estimates are being set. Pick a time for a short call.
A conversation about your situation, what we would change first, and whether we are the right fit for each other. No preparation needed; bring last year’s return if you have it to hand.
How each part of your income reaches your return, planned before the year starts.
